All this stuff I have around
For sure, it makes me smile
But I don't really need it
Or does it give me
"style?"
In truth, I do not need it
And this I've always known
It's just more crap to keep track
of
The pile has only grown
Simplify, the answer calls
And listen, I must do
Eliminate what I don't need
Remaining? Just what's true
It doesn't matter what I wear
Or what I hold in hand
Only what's inside of me
The rest is only sand
